  1. Returns
    Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-use products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Replacement Eligibility
    Eligible damaged or incorrect orders may qualify for:
    • Product replacement
    • Store credit
    • Refund (at ARIVLO’s discretion)

  4. Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  5. Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
    • Opened or used products
    • Minor packaging wear caused during shipping
    • Fragrance preference dissatisfaction after use

  6. Order Cancellation
    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
